situaci\u00f3n y sacar conclusiones negativas sobre toda la situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sobregeneralizaci\u00f3n: sacar una conclusi\u00f3n negativa basada en un solo hecho aislado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pensamiento dicot\u00f3mico: ver las cosas en t\u00e9rminos de todo o nada, blanco o negro, sin matices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtro mental: concentrarse solo en la informaci\u00f3n que respalda las propias creencias y valores, ignorando todo lo dem\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalizaci\u00f3n: culparse a s\u00ed mismo por eventos externos o asumir que los dem\u00e1s lo hacen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falacia de control: creer que se tiene el control sobre eventos que son en realidad aleatorios o que no se pueden cambiar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falacia de la justicia: creer que la vida siempre debe ser justa y que cualquier injusticia es intolerable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falacia de la culpa: creer que uno es responsable de los problemas de los dem\u00e1s o de la felicidad de los dem\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etiquetado: aplicar etiquetas negativas a uno mismo o a los dem\u00e1s en lugar de reconocer la complejidad de una persona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Magnificaci\u00f3n y minimizaci\u00f3n: exagerar la importancia de un evento negativo o minimizar la importancia de un evento positivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><br>Identificar y desafiar estas distorsiones cognitivas es una parte importante del trabajo en la terapia cognitivo-conductual para mejorar la salud
